Stayed at 3 different hotel in Hanoi and Thaison Grand Hotel was the best among. Room was spacious and very clean with large windows, modern bath-room and flat tv. Staff at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Good location was also a positive points for this good hotel.
Never book trips at small travel agencies along the streets. We got terrible trips at Halong Bay.

The staff at this hotel were just so nice with clean room and lovely decorations. Staff was very friendly and they were willing to assist us at anytimes with smiles! The location is good in the Old Quarter and a short walk to the main lake of Hoan Kiem. Free computer in room and free wifi were great bonus for us when Internet is very important in everyday. In all Thaison Grand is a value hotel to stay in Hanoi and very good price.

We got a pretty good room! Very friendly owners. And a very good location. Close enough to the bar and sight in the old quarter but far enough away to avoid noise. We really enjoyed the breakfast which we had every morning. Free computer in room so it was very convenient for us. We booked the pick u- service and train tickets to Danang which turned to be very good.

The room was a very generous size and had a nice bathroom attached. It was also very central location in Old- quarter. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Especially the Manager- Henry Hung. Breakfast was very good with many choices. We booked all our trips via this hotel and got much more than our expected.

This is the second time we stayed at Thaison Grand Hotel and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in with regard to value, service, and friendliness. We stayed for 2 nights and then went to Halong Bay and returned for one night, before going to Sapa and staying for another night. Everything was great for this hotel and we were really happy to spend our holiday in Hanoi.

The personnel is proper five star in Hanoi with excellent service. From the minute we arrived the attentive staff ensured our stay would be memorable. We were allowed to check-in early and given a free room upgrade. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the towels were even changed whilst we were out in the evening on the same day of arrival. Most enjoyable and would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends! We booked the cruising trip to Halong Bay on Eclipse Cruise via manager Kenny and got good price and very good quality. Valued holiday in Hanoi, Vietnam. Regards Jean Luc

What a gem was Thaison Grand Hotel. We could not fault one single thing. The warm and friendly welcome was followed by a wonderful surprise when we entered our large and beautifully decorated room with huge king bed and one large single. We really enjoyed our breakfast and it was great for starting a new day in this lovely city. We booked our trip via this hotel and pay a little bit more but got exactly what they promised. Very beautiful boat in Halong Bay and good food and excellent guide. Good Thaison and we will be back soon.

Everything at the Thaison Grand Hotel was well-appointed, and the staff all bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. We were treated like kings and especial thanks must go to customer relations staff member, the delightful Mr. Dan, Henry, who arranged our trips, made sure we had the best rooms, and was ever so attentive to our needs. The hotel was a restful haven from the chaos of Hanoi Old Town, in which it is situated, and a welcome place to rest the limbs between frantic hours trying to stay alive on the streets where 4 million motorcyclists compete for every inch of space both on the roads and on the pavements! Great hotel and we highly recommend!
